I had a nice dinner treat together with a couple of close friends/ colleagues last Friday at Saigon Village Restaurant near Jalan Imbi at the heart of KL.
It's tucked away in a corner and has a rather unassuming facade, so it's easy to miss out this restaurant. I've seen it a couple of time when I travelled down to Imbi market for breakfast but it never occur to me to give it try since the outside looks rather plain and unattractive. LOL!
I always had a thing for Vietnamese FOOD, since it looks healthy to me with ample of vegetables served and the dishes seem less oily too. But nevertheless, I had a great time catching up with everyone again.
THANK you for the wonderful dinner and being stucked in bad traffic just to get here. :)

The food menu! YUM!!! We were all darn hungry... We left it to my bestie to place the order for the night since she was the person who recommended the place :P

Hot tea...

Vietnamese coffee...

Assorted sauces...

Crab shell... all minced up with crab and fish meat... RM 6.90!

Mixed Grill Platter.... A house speciality, great sharing for 2 - 3 person... It came with grilled chicken and beef, fried spring rolls, special fish satay paste and tons of fresh vegetables... underneath comes the vermicelli to go with it... RM 28.80

Deep fried "Lok Bak" pastries...

Roast chicken... it was nicely marinated and pretty tasty...

The waiter recommeded us the Vietnamese Noodle speciality... I forgot the name... comes with fresh water prawns... Remember to add in the sambal to make the soup tastier... Overall the food is not too bad but nothing great. I still miss the super nice Vietnamese food I had at Mekong in Australia.

Party People, It's Friday Night @ Quattro Avenue K!
The latest addition of happening clubs in KL - introducing Quattro at Avenue K, opposite our working place KLCC! So there we headed after a full tummy of Vietnamese FOOD and we had a fun time partying! LOL! Aww... it's been ages since I last partied...
The special thing about Quattro is the 4 different seasons they have to offer at the club.
Spring Lounge - pay homage to Alternative Music
Summer Restaurant - for dining
Autumn Club - for Hiphop and R&B music and hot and sweaty dancing
Winter bar - Chilly with a temperature of -5 Celcious to 10 Celcious.. you need winter jackets here... you get disco house musics here...
We chilled out at Autumn club with the DJ playing hot tunes of Hip Hop and R&B music.. YEAH!
